On point of sale, AI reads your transaction data store by store and shift by shift to surface suspicious voids, refunds and discount patterns before they become losses. Our AI receptionist answers every call around the clock, books appointments and routes them to the right person, while our after-hours agent triages incoming problems, scores urgency and escalates real issues to your on-call staff and logs every interaction. Behind the scenes we also use AI for field reports and quoting, turning spoken site notes into structured documents built from your own rate card.
