We are actively seeking skilled and experienced subcontractors (1099 work) to join our team of IT installation professionals. If you possess the necessary qualifications and are ready for immediate work assignments, we invite you to apply.

Job Description

We are looking for IT technicians who can work on a per diem (as needed) basis, with the potential for frequent assignments, sometimes multiple times per day. The primary responsibilities include:

• Running, terminating, and punching down Cat 6 cable installations
• Installing and configuring network equipment such as cash registers, routers, switches, modems, access points, servers, telephones, printers, pin pads, tablets, TVs, scanners, VoIP ATAs, CCTV cameras, store fixtures, and displays
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of networking principles and standard computer hardware knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT installation
• Possession of personal tools required for the job
• Familiarity with networking concepts and computer hardware
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, and Microsoft/Cisco are highly desirable but not mandatory

Compensation (1099)

The pay rate for qualified technicians ranges from between $30 to $60 per hour and above, commensurate with experience and expertise.
